We are seeking a new **Financial Planning Manager** to join the **MetLife Colombia** team. Your mission will be to develop and coordinate all aspects of the company’s budget, as well as evaluate the profitability of all distribution channels—always safeguarding shareholder profitability through financial and operational KPIs—and assess various new business initiatives the company intends to pursue (Business Case/Solvency). **What You’ll Do in This Role...* * Develop and coordinate the company’s budget and financial forecasts. * Evaluate the profitability of the company’s various distribution channels. * Evaluate the profitability of new business initiatives the company intends to pursue (Business Case/Solvency). * Monitor and control the company’s expenses. * Verify and monitor the various financial indicators across all of the company’s distribution channels. **To Support Your Success, It’s Important That…* * You hold a degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. * You have 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, strategy, or actuarial science, and at least 2 years of leadership experience in the financial or insurance sector. * You possess B2-level English proficiency. **It’s a Plus If You Also…* * Hold a specialization or master’s degree in Finance. **Are you excited to bring your experience and unique skills to a diverse team of talented individuals?
