Position Summary: Finance, Administration, or Economics professional to comprehensively manage the procurement process, ensuring optimal acquisition of goods and services for corporate profitability. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end procurement process management using ERP. 2. Supplier negotiation and evaluation to optimize costs and quality. 3. Ensuring efficiency and profitability through strategic procurement. Professional in Finance and International Business, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of procurement experience in projects within the energy, infrastructure, or construction sectors. Demonstrable experience in procurement and supplier management \* Knowledge of procurement processes \* Supplier management \* ERP proficiency mandatory **Job Objective**: To acquire goods, raw materials, and services of appropriate quality and quantity, at the best prices and terms, and within required timeframes, to ensure efficient operations and corporate profitability. This includes supplier identification and evaluation, contract negotiation, inventory management, and ensuring procurement aligns with organizational strategic objectives. \* Comprehensively manage the procurement process via the company's ERP system. \* Implement the company's procurement procedure: identify suppliers, request quotations, manage purchase orders, select suppliers, monitor and evaluate supplier performance, and assess suppliers. \* Ensure timely payments to suppliers. \* Manage cost-saving opportunities related to goods and services acquisition. \* Monitor and track local procurement activities handled via petty cash. \* Monitor and track suppliers; maintain effective communication with suppliers. \* Address PQRS (Petitions, Queries, Complaints, Suggestions) or deviations regarding products or services provided by suppliers and contractors. \* Plan procurement activities aligned with project work breakdown structures (PDT). \* Control procurement-related costs versus quoted project costs. \* Maintain documentation associated with the procurement process. \* Identify and secure the best suppliers of goods and services for projects (cost-effectiveness, response time, and quality). \* Perform any additional duties as required.
