This opportunity is onsite. **The role** Wood Colombia is looking for a Project Controls professional to join its team, with more than 5 years of specific experience in engineering projects within the Oil & Gas sector. This vacancy will be onsite at our office in Bogota, Colombia. Validate it with the Project Manager, Engineering Coordinator and Discipline Leads (CD). * Prepare the project budget, financial plans and billing plans, in coordination with Finance. Verify the project deliverables list with the Project Manager. * Prepare templates to be used on the project in accordance with the contract and client requirements, such as periodic reports, KPIs, etc. * Analyze project status and progress in terms of planning, costs, risks and KPIs. * Maintain constant communication with the Project Manager to report any risk or deviation from the schedule and propose contingency plans. * Plan short-term activities within the project (bi-weekly plan). Prepare periodic reports for the client, Project Manager and Finance department. * Track change orders, including their customer approval status. * Update scope, schedule and budget according to change order approvals. * Prepare supporting documents / minutes for project billing and reimbursables. * Prepare the project close-out minutes and submit them to the client for approval. * Promptly inform the employer or contractor about hazards and latent risks at the worksite. * Provide clear, truthful and complete information regarding your health status. * Comply with the company’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System rules, regulations and instructions. * Promote comprehensive care of your health. **What makes you extraordinary?** At Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
