This position reports to: Project Manager **Your role and responsibilities** In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead project execution in the Oil and Gas sector. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are carried out in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and objectives. You will also demonstrate your expertise by defining and applying fundamental project scheduling techniques to proactively manage schedule-related risks. **Work model for this role:** Hybrid This role contributes to project leadership within our Electrification business unit. **You will be primarily responsible for:** * Leading the project team assigned to the project. * Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project finances. * Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, and managing project risk, ensuring all opportunities are identified and leveraged. * Driving formal project acceptance, contract closure, and customer recognition—all in accordance with the contract. **Our team dynamic** You will join a multidisciplinary team, with the opportunity to develop your potential on worldwide-scale projects. **Qualifications for this role** * Academic background in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering * Minimum 8 years’ experience in similar positions * Knowledge of electrical design * Proficiency in English * Willingness to travel or relocate to another country * Experience in the Oil and Gas segment We value diverse experiences.
