Opportunity to negotiate with national and international suppliers. **Procurement Analyst (Heavy and Yellow Machinery)** **Job Description** We are seeking a Procurement Analyst, a technical professional with training in related fields, responsible for ensuring the efficient procurement of spare parts, materials, and consumables for heavy and yellow machinery—including import and export processes—guaranteeing timely availability, competitive pricing, and compliance with negotiated supplier terms. Knowledge of SIGO required. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and execute purchases of spare parts, consumables, services, and materials required for operations. * Manage procurement of spare parts for heavy and yellow machinery (excavators, loaders, backhoes, etc.). * Coordinate import and export processes for spare parts and equipment. * Analyze quotations for purchases exceeding 10 million COP and manage approval with management. * Prepare and issue purchase orders and service orders to suppliers. * Manage purchases under petty cash. * Identify, evaluate, and select national and international suppliers. * Request and analyze quotations, validating technical specifications. * Negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery times, Incoterms, warranties). * Maintain an updated price and supplier database. * Manage documentation for imports/exports (invoices, bills of lading, shipping guides, etc.). * Manage documentation for supplier credit arrangements. * Monitor compliance with quality standards and agreed-upon conditions. * Manage invoicing: receipt, validation, and submission to the finance department. * Track deliveries, shipments, and logistics processes. * Monitor inventory consumption and warehouse movements. * Execute document management for the department. * Evaluate and re-evaluate suppliers. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Procurement Analyst. * Experience purchasing spare parts for heavy and yellow machinery. * Knowledge of import and export processes. * Experience managing national and international suppliers. * Knowledge of foreign trade documentation. * Experience negotiating with suppliers. * Proficiency in purchase orders, invoicing, and document control. * Proficiency in petty cash management and control. **Desirable:** * Experience in the industrial or machinery sector. **Competencies** * Negotiation skills * Analytical thinking * Organization and planning * Results orientation * Attention to detail * Effective communication Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site
