Job Summary: Plan and execute domestic and international procurement to ensure timely supply, supplier management, and optimization of costs, timelines, and quality. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a strategic, organized, and analytical person. **Purpose of the Position** Plan and execute domestic and international procurement to ensure timely supply, proper supplier management, and optimization of costs, timelines, and quality. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage domestic and international procurement. * Supply stores timely according to demand. * Select, negotiate with, and evaluate suppliers. * Analyze quotations and generate purchase orders. * Coordinate imports, exports, and container shipments. * Manage foreign trade documentation. * Track deliveries and logistics timelines. * Control costs and commercial terms. * Support inventory planning and replenishment. * Handle incidents, claims, and returns with suppliers. * Prepare procurement and supply reports. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain. * Knowledge of negotiation, suppliers, and imports. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills and experience with procurement systems. **Key Competencies** * Negotiation and cost management * Supplier management * Supply planning * Organization and control * Analysis and continuous improvement **What We Are Looking For** A strategic, organized, and analytical person who ensures efficient business supply and contributes to cost and process optimization.
