We know success is achieved collectively, so apply now and become part of this outstanding **Team**. **Responsibilities and Duties** We seek an inspiring individual capable of guiding and ensuring excellence in the execution and delivery of client-facing deliverables. **In your day-to-day role at Topaz, you will be responsible for:** * Ensuring product quality and reliability through rigorous testing. * Defining and documenting the test strategy, ensuring all critical quality aspects are addressed. * Working closely with development teams, product management, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring tests align with customer expectations. * Evaluating and reviewing requirements and design documentation to ensure clarity, completeness, and a solid foundation for testing. * Planning, developing, and executing test cases to identify defects and ensure software meets technical and functional requirements. * Planning and executing performance and security testing to identify potential vulnerabilities and bottlenecks in the software. * Planning and executing tests to ensure proper integration of developments across the entire application ecosystem. * Automating tests and ensuring regression coverage aligned with development teams’ strategy, guaranteeing sound process and quality practices, automation, optimization, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle. * Analyzing test results and providing detailed feedback, contributing to the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations and support organizational strategic goals. * Generating progress and execution reports for tracking purposes. * Developing and maintaining automated reports that provide visibility into product quality status, facilitating informed decision-making. * Supporting users during acceptance testing. * Preparing and/or maintaining functional documentation for applications: user manuals, user guides. * Providing guidance and training to more junior members of the QA team, fostering skill development in manual and automated testing, as well as leveraging AI as a tool to enhance test completeness and depth. * Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing risks associated with software quality, proposing mitigation solutions. * Proposing and leading QA team and software development lifecycle process improvement initiatives, promoting test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) approaches. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background**: Degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Work Experience**: Four (4) years of professional experience, including three (3) years in application testing within the financial sector, covering asset, liability, and third-party integration applications. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies. * Basic technical knowledge. * Proficiency in Jira and Azure. **Desirable**: ISTQB certification. **Additional Information** **Keep these benefits in mind—they’ll enhance your experience at Topaz!** **Health and Well-being:** Because we care about our teams, we offer various health plans focused on promoting organizational well-being. **Personal and Professional Development:** We are constantly evolving.
