You will work closely with local and international teams, ensuring compliance with processes and quality standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in accounting and taxation within a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the preparation and distribution of cash flow forecasts, analyzing variances and trends to identify potential opportunities or risks in cash management. * Generate reports and analyze information to support decision-making by the Accounting & Tax (A&T) team, providing recommendations and relevant insights to optimize liquidity and cash management. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Finance, Accounting, and Procurement. * Maintain documentation and records related to A&T activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards. * Maintain courteous communication with the Local Office and internal departments to ensure timely execution of client-related activities. * Comply with Enate requirements and record working hours promptly in Chronos. * Participate in training sessions organized by Local Offices and the RDC to gain detailed knowledge of applicable procedures and processes. * Attend all training sessions and/or workshops offered under the Early Careers Program for RDC Americas in Colombia. **Key Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a university program, or hold a technical degree or equivalent; students or professionals pursuing studies in Finance, Accounting, or related fields are preferred. * Minimum of 6 months’ prior experience in accounting, treasury, or related administrative functions. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office 365, and preferably ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations. * Good organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to effectively identify and resolve basic problems. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams. * Team-oriented mindset and customer service orientation. * Intermediate English proficiency (B1-B2), both oral and written; considered an added advantage but not a mandatory requirement for this position. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and responsibly handle sensitive information. **What We Offer at TMF Group** * **Flexible Working:** Hybrid work model. * **Health Insurance:** Prepaid medical plan. * **English Classes:** Opportunities to learn English. * **International Learning:** Opportunity to learn about accounting legislation in other countries. * **Funeral Insurance:** Funeral insurance policy. * **Life Insurance:** Life insurance policy. * **Educational Allowance:** For undergraduate or postgraduate studies related to the field. * **Gym Access:** Access to a gym. * **Birthday Benefit:** Special birthday benefit. * **Commercial Partnerships:** Partnerships with commercial allies. * **Permanent Contract:** Indefinite-term contract with professional growth opportunities. **We Want to Meet You!**
