




Job Summary: Support daily operations at a cooperative, managing payments, debit cards, and electronic channels, and conducting commercial activities for customer acquisition and achievement of objectives. Commercial activities for customer acquisition and achievement of targets. **Education** Technical degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields, and/or Marketing **Experience** One (1) year of experience in customer service areas, preferably within financial institutions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the treasurer in activities and operations related to third-party payments. · Support daily operations at the cooperative, ensuring efficiency and compliance with procedures related to the management of debit cards and both physical and virtual electronic channels, and carry out commercial management to achieve the Cooperative’s objectives and budgeted targets. · Perform activities related to commercial management for customer acquisition. · Create savings account, CDAT, and contractual savings account records for members upon request. · Monitor members regarding their savings products. · Generate and submit the daily report on savings products and membership.
