





As a SENA Apprentice for the 4PL Customer Experience (CX) team, you are responsible for supporting multiple assigned 4PL accounts or teams, taking ownership of efficiently and accurately executing assigned tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor data quality at each stage of the supply chain process (e.g., PO level, booking level, milestones, etc.) within our logistics system mymaerkscm/SCP and/or our tracking files. * Collaborate closely with origin offices to ensure compliance with customer SOPs/IOPs/SLAs, including data quality requirements. * Conduct billing audits for 3PL services and/or our 4PL services. * Upload documents to team sites or our systems and/or audit that the system is updated with all required documentation per customer SOPs/IOPs/SLAs. * Support end-to-end processes across various stages, such as tracking maritime/air milestones, tracking land carrier and customs broker (CHB) milestones, and monitoring empty container return. * Prepare reports as requested. * If assigned, correctly process all bookings: book with the nominated carrier and confirm bookings within 24 hours following resolution of any discrepancies (if applicable). * To enable end-to-end visibility, submit information to GSC for MODS updates and follow up to ensure these updates are completed. * Timely and accurate communication with internal teams regarding execution of assigned tasks. * If assigned, properly utilize STiK, MACS, or any other billing request tool to ensure shipments are handled/billed correctly. **We Are Looking For:** * **Active SENA student** in International Trade, Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (eligible for either lective or productive phase only) * Fast learner. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Positive, proactive, and persistent. * Responsible and organized. * Strong sense of urgency. * Attention to detail. * Good communication skills. #LI-KV1 #LI-Hybrid Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
