We are seeking an international trade apprentice in either the academic or productive phase, with technical or technological training in international business, international trade, or related fields. The candidate will support the department’s operational processes, particularly in document management and tracking of imports and exports. The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Basic knowledge of customs documentation, international negotiation terms (Incoterms), and proficiency in office software tools is valued. Responsibilities of the International Trade Apprentice Support the management of import and export documents. Verify and organize documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and BL/AWB. Track international trade operations with suppliers and freight forwarders. Assist in preparing and reviewing customs declarations and procedures. Maintain up-to-date information in operational control systems. Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, accounting) regarding information flow. Support communication with international clients and suppliers. Monitor delivery timelines and cargo status. Verify compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in international operations.
