Within the **Treasury** area, you will participate in daily fund management and bank reconciliations, ensuring compliance with payment processes, financial controls, and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute and monitor bank reconciliations. * Manage cash handling for the assigned process. * Provide support in payment processes. * Prepare and analyze financial reports. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. * Interact proactively with clients during meetings in English, providing support and follow-up on processes. **What You Need to Apply:** * 4–8 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in Treasury. * Professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience across the full accounting cycle. * Solid knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Analytical ability, autonomy, and effective collaboration in dynamic environments. * Experience managing medium-sized teams of 5–20 FTEs. * Minimum English level B1 (focused on oral communication; assessed throughout the selection process). * Residency in Medellín and ability to attend Accenture offices in person. * \#LI\-LATAM
