We want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Role as a Protagonist of Transformation:** * Your challenge will be to actively participate in Digital Channels solution projects (from Onboarding, mobile and internet banking channels, transaction orchestration, and transaction management). * You will engage directly with clients to identify needs or functional requirements throughout the software and business development lifecycle — from requirements gathering through production implementation. * You will produce necessary documentation to support project execution and technical development. You will establish a framework for operational procedures. You will participate in system configuration, consulting, and functional/operational analysis of the product/project. * You will present channel workflows (Onboarding, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking) to clients and internal teams.
