### **Position Overview**
We seek a strategic, results-oriented leader to direct, develop, and strengthen all Supply Chain functions at the factory. This role will be critical in ensuring achievement of production and business objectives, promoting operational excellence, resource optimization, and development of a high-performing team.

### **A Day in the Life of...**
* Ensure excellence in factory logistics service, delivering optimal operational experience with an efficient cost-to-serve.
* Lead, guide, and develop the logistics team to ensure delivery of feasible manufacturing and filling/packaging plans aligned with the Master Production Schedule and focused on cost efficiency.
* Ensure timely availability and quality of raw materials and packaging materials, fostering effective supplier relationships and continuously seeking improvement opportunities.
* Manage storage operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with Good Storage Practices, inventory accuracy, and efficient control of receiving and dispatch documentation.
* Manage and control blocked or out-of-specification materials, optimizing warehouse administration under Physical Logistics guidelines (R727\) to achieve high service levels, efficient inventories, and competitive costs. Additionally, ensure inventory and expiration date control across internal warehouses, external warehouses, co-packers, and co-manufacturers.

### **What Will Make You Successful**
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, with postgraduate studies in logistics or related areas.
* Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in various supply chain roles within the food industry.
* English proficiency level B2\.
**Advanced knowledge of:**
* Good Storage and Distribution Practices.
* Procurement, Storage, and Distribution Logistics.
* End-to-End Order-to-Cash process.
* SAP at transactional and reporting levels.
