Generate technical training content. **Problem solving:** Understand and investigate root causes of complex technical issues arising during solution development or operations, and collaborate with teams to identify effective and sustainable solutions. **Technological research and innovation:** Stay updated on relevant technology trends and advancements, and identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve the development lifecycle. **Requirements and qualifications** ***What do you need to join Topaz?*** Systems Engineer or related degree; minimum five (5) years elapsed since professional license issuance or professional degree conferral; four (4) years in software design and architecture for financial or banking sector projects. **Requirements:** Implementation of on-premise and/or Cloud Serverless architectures (preferably on AWS) in technological or digital transformation projects. Design of resilient, scalable, secure architectures and hybrid integration (on-premise/cloud). Strong foundational and technical knowledge to address the project team’s technical needs. Proficiency in programming languages such as VB06, JAVA, TypeScript, Python, and Angular. Knowledge of databases such as Sybase and MySQL. Ability and capacity to understand AWS services including Lambdas, Step Functions, Glue, EventBridge, and SQS. Holistic analytical capability to propose architectural solutions aligned with customer needs, following TOPAZ architecture or guidelines. Leadership capability for technical teams and communication with non-technical stakeholders. Collaborative teamwork and management skills.
