This position is responsible for leading the terminal’s logistics and fuel distribution operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The role supervises operational, maintenance, engineering, and operational excellence activities while coordinating the execution of strategic plans, projects, and management of work teams and contractors. **Responsibilities for this position may include, but are not limited to:** * Lead the execution of the terminal’s strategic plans and maintain close coordination with government entities, customers, commercial areas, and supply teams. * Supervise daily operations for fuel receipt, storage, transfer, and dispatch, ensuring high standards of safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. * Ensure compliance with compliance processes, operating procedures, and Operational Excellence (OE) requirements by personnel and contractors. * Coordinate the development and execution of operational and capital investment plans to support current and future business needs. * Manage the financial performance of the operation through cost control and resource optimization. * Ensure efficient use of assets and continuity of product receipt, storage, and distribution operations. * Supervise maintenance and reliability activities, promoting timely resolution of deviations and unplanned events. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, and operational performance. * Manage all aspects related to personnel and contractors under their responsibility, including performance, development, training, and leadership. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. * Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, maintenance, engineering, or industrial facility management, preferably within the oil and gas industry. * Advanced level of English, both oral and written. * Experience leading operations with a focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions in dynamic operational environments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience leading work teams and managing direct reports’ performance. * Demonstrated leadership, influence, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience managing operational or infrastructure projects. * Knowledge and experience with SAP and Microsoft 365, including advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to build effective relationships and communicate successfully with diverse internal and external stakeholders. **Special Considerations:** * To apply for this position, it is mandatory to hold the **Residency Card issued by the O.C.C.R.E.
