We offer a stable environment, participation in key business processes, and exposure to the organization’s financial management. **Purpose of the Position** To comprehensively manage the company’s treasury processes, ensuring accurate payment execution, bank balance control, resource administration, and proper accrual and accounting recording of transactions, thereby guaranteeing the reliability of financial information and compliance with financial obligations. **Job Responsibilities** **I. Payment and Treasury Management** * Schedule, execute, and monitor payments to suppliers, contractors, and third parties. * Perform wire transfers via banking portals and token management. * Validate advances, withholdings, and payment terms prior to transaction execution. * Prepare disbursement vouchers and payment supporting documents. * Execute payroll and operational staff payments (including field personnel – Orocué). * Manage recurring payments and specific accounts assigned by the organization. **II. Banking Control and Reconciliations** * Monitor bank account balances and movements (Banco de Bogotá, Bancolombia, Davivienda). * Perform bank reconciliations for various companies. * Manage investment funds and their respective reconciliations. * Prepare financial reports related to banking activities. * Report information to Banco de la República and negotiate with the money desk. **III. Accounting Recording and Accruals** * Perform accruals for expense invoices and returns. * Record accounting entries not affecting inventory. * Support monthly accounting closing processes. * Review accounting accounts, balances, and movements. * Manage control and cleanup of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Perform control and tracking of advances in accounting accounts. **IV. Portfolio Management and Collections** * Prepare cash receipts. * Update and monitor portfolio. * Support cleanup of portfolio modules in the system. **V. Tax Compliance and Reporting** * Issue withholding certificates to suppliers. * Prepare and report foreign exchange information to Banco de la República. * Support generation of exogenous information (where applicable). * Carry out processes related to legalization of foreign currency purchases. **VI. Resource Administration and Operational Control** * Control and administer petty cash (including fund distribution and tracking). * Conduct control and review of corporate credit cards. * Manage internal fund controls (e.g., welfare fund). * Control payments and related records for specific operations (e.g., livestock purchases). * Monitor purchases, construction projects, and operational expenses in the field (Orocué). **VII. Administrative Support and Cross-Functional Management** * Manage payments for utilities and recurring obligations. * Administer the accounting department’s email and respond to requests. * Send and manage received invoices. * Support documentation collection for requirements. * Coordinate with logistics for advance cleanup. * Support administrative requests from management and department heads. **VIII. Procurement Support and Supplier Management** * Support supplier negotiation processes. * Review quotations and commercial terms. * Validate third-party documentation prior to payments. * Support administrative procurement (e.g., tickets, supplies, services). **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. * Diploma in Finance or International Business. **Experience** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in treasury or accounting roles. * Experience in payment processing, bank reconciliations, and accruals. * Experience in resource control and operational financial management. **Knowledge** * Proficiency in banking portals and electronic payments. * Bank reconciliations. * Accounting accruals. * Basic withholdings and taxes. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Accounting systems or ERP software. **Competencies** * Organization and control. * High level of responsibility. * Attention to detail. * Handling of confidential information. * Analytical ability. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Ability to respond effectively under pressure. **Working Conditions** * Indefinite-term employment contract. * On-site work mode – Corabastos. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday. * Salary assignment: $3\.000\.000 Employment type: Full-time Experience: * Treasury: 1 year (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
