Manage and notify import courier shipment taxes. 2. Assist customers via chat, email, and phone regarding tax-related processes. 3. Work with a focus on results, productivity, and quality. This is your opportunity! **What will be your mission?** You will be instrumental in managing and notifying import courier shipment taxes, ensuring prompt handling of tax-related customer inquiries via phone and timely responses via email, guaranteeing agile, clear, and effective communication with our customers to enable swift processing and an exceptional experience. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Managing and notifying import courier shipment taxes to Colombia * Assisting customers via chat, email, and phone regarding tax-related processes * Validating payments and coordinating timely connection of shipments * Tracking requests within established timeframes (SLA) * Working with a focus on results, productivity, and quality **What we are looking for in you:** * Technician or student in International Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling, inbound and outbound customer calls (Customer Calls) * Experience in logistics operations for courier shipments * Knowledge of customs procedures * Intermediate English At DHL Express Colombia, we seek talent like you.
