Opportunity for growth within the firm **Position: Junior Valuation Analyst** **Location:** Bogotá or Medellín (hybrid model) **Role Type:** Learning / development **Position Objective** Provide analytical and operational support to senior consultants in real estate valuation processes and market studies, with a focus on accelerated business learning, professional development, and growth within the firm. **Responsibilities** Direct support to senior consultants in valuation and financial analysis processes. * Collection, analysis, and research of information for market studies. * Review, validation, and adjustment of construction costs and budgets. * Analysis of costs, rents, comparables, and market variables. * Preparation of information and support for client presentations. * Contact and communication with clients, suppliers, and market stakeholders. * Support in field visits and availability to travel as required by the project. * Results-oriented work and timely delivery of outputs. * Use of analytical tools and databases to support valuation. **Required Profile** **Academic Background:** Architecture, Civil Engineering, Cadastral Engineering, Economics or Finance **Experience** * 1–2 years preferred in: * Market analysis * Economic or real estate research * Construction costs or projects **Knowledge and Skills** * **Fluent English (minimum B2\)** – English test will be administered. * Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate–advanced Excel). * ARGUS (preferred). * Research and information analysis capability. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to interact effectively with clients. * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented mindset. * Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and proactivity. * Ability to quickly learn about the business. **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the world’s leading commercial real estate services and investment firm—driving progress for businesses and people.
