Main Responsibilities * Support recruitment and selection activities: posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews. * Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation, social security affiliations, and parafiscal entity registrations. * Prepare employment certificates, payroll statements, and other personnel-related documents. * Coordinate onboarding and employee well-being initiatives (e.g., birthdays, special occasions, wellness events). * Support the tracking of training and talent development plans. * Manage procedures related to vacations, medical leaves, employee supplies, and personnel data updates. * Maintain communication and logistics coordination between Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Human Resources (HR) departments. * Execute BPO processes and services assigned by external clients, in accordance with HR Directorate guidelines. Required Profile * **Education:** Technical or technological degree, or advanced student in Psychology with an organizational focus, Business Administration (or related fields in Human Resource Management). * **Knowledge:** Calendar and agenda management, human resource management, information and document handling (intermediate level). * **Competencies:** Service orientation, effective communication, teamwork, commitment to quality, handling of confidential information.
