Resolve delays and coordinate recovery solutions **About the Role** Medellín, Colombia **Full\-time** **About the Role** We’re looking for a proactive **Track \& Trace Agent** to monitor shipments, coordinate pickups, and secure carrier capacity during the night shift. **What You’ll Do** * Monitor loads from origin to destination and provide real\-time updates * Confirm pickups and next\-day loads with drivers and carriers * Manage communication through **calls, email, and text** * Resolve delays and coordinate recovery solutions * Secure alternate or additional trucks through load boards * Maintain accurate tracking records and operational reports * Monitor client injections and keep internal teams updated * Review shift reports and prioritize overnight activities **What You Bring** * Experience in **Track \& Trace, carrier sales, dispatch, or logistics** * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills * Comfortable working with carriers, drivers, and load boards * Highly organized and detail\-oriented * Able to work independently in a fast\-paced environment * **Strong English communication skills**
