Development and validation of new products Academic Qualifications: * Technician in Production, Quality, or related fields. * Preferred: Chemical Technology, Quality, or similar. Experience: * Minimum 6 months in laboratories or production processes related to color management and ink analysis. * Preferred: 1 year of experience in similar positions. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct laboratory analyses and tests for ink control and adjustment. * Support reformulation, recovery, and improvement processes for products. * Prepare samples and applications for validation of new developments. * Monitor plant operations to ensure product quality and performance. * Analyze customer complaints and support resolution of technical issues. * Manage ink and material inventories at the plant. * Prepare activity reports and improvement opportunity reports. * Provide technical support to customers and conduct visits to various plants as required.
