A metal-mechanical company located in Madrid, Cundinamarca, requires a Maintenance Supervisor for its team, with experience in corrective, preventive maintenance processes and production support. Main Responsibilities Schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities according to the established plan and internal requests. Carry out maintenance tasks on the company’s infrastructure as per the defined schedule. Inspect and ensure the proper functioning of measuring instruments. Supervise the proper execution of maintenance activities. Maintain traceability throughout the maintenance process. Assign equipment, machines, tools, and measuring instruments to technical staff. Provide inputs and consumables required by machines and equipment. Supervise and conduct electrical assembly tests in the production area. Ideal Candidate Profile Technical or technological education in fields related to industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or electricity. Minimum two years of experience in similar positions. Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance, management of technical and electrical resources. Ability to lead teams, plan activities, and efficiently resolve technical problems. Residence in Madrid, Cundinamarca, or nearby areas (preferred). Motorcycle ownership preferred. Working Conditions: Location: Madrid, Cundinamarca. Salary negotiable based on experience.
