The candidate will directly support the lead painter and production team in carrying out automotive painting tasks. **Main responsibilities:** * Prepare surfaces (sanding, cleaning, masking, and primer application). * Mix and prepare paints, solvents, and coatings according to specifications. * Assist in paint application using spray gun, roller, or brush. * Check finish quality and perform touch-ups when necessary. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Requirements:** * Education: High school graduate or technical training in painting, maintenance, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 6 months in industrial, automotive, or metal-mechanical painting tasks. * Basic knowledge of compressors, paint guns, and paint mixing. * Availability to work full-time and under pressure. **Skills and competencies:** * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Compliance with safety regulations * Responsibility and proactive attitude **We offer:** * Job stability and a safe working environment. * Salary: [Indicate range or amount + transportation allowance]. * Legal and additional benefits based on performance.
