Experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing and thermal treatment furnaces **Maintenance Operator:** TRATAR Colombia is a metal-mechanical sector company that manufactures components for various industries, integrating material selection, manufacturing processes, thermal treatments, and high-quality finishing. We are currently seeking a technician or technologist in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, or related fields. As a maintenance operator, you will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the company’s machinery, ensuring optimal performance and availability. You will inspect equipment, identify failures, perform basic mechanical adjustments, and collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime. **Experience:** 3 years in similar roles within metal-mechanical environments preferred. **Responsibilities:** · Perform preventive maintenance on machines and thermal treatment (TT) furnaces · Weekly verification of temperature controllers and thermocouples according to established procedures. · Notify and receive products, supplies, and services required for your duties. · Identify faults, difficulties, and issues arising during work execution and determine the best solution. · Inspect progress, quality, and quantity of completed work. **Requirements:** · In-depth knowledge of mechanical maintenance, welding, and electrical processes. · Experience in metal-mechanical companies, ideally in maintenance of machining equipment and thermal treatment furnaces. · Familiarity with metal thermal treatment processes. · 3–5 years of experience in this position or related roles. **Working Conditions:** · Work location: Bogotá – Fontibón · Contract type: Indefinite-term contract · Salary: COP 2,515,206 including transportation allowance · Working hours: **Option 1:** Monday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break; Tuesday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with 1-hour lunch break; Saturday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. **Option 2:** Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:30 PM with 1-hour lunch break; Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break.
