The role will actively contribute to maintenance and metrology planning, root cause analysis, and process optimization, gradually evolving into a specialized position focused on reliability and operational excellence. **Key responsibilities** ------------------------ * Develop and implement reliability and continuous improvement methodologies. * Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for failure events and operational deviations. * Participate in optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance plans. * Manage metrology-related aspects and metrological assurance. * Establish standards, procedures, and best practices for asset management. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams. * Provide technical support to the Medellín and Barbosa plants, contributing to process standardization and improvement of maintenance KPIs. **Qualifications and skills** ----------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields. * 4–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within the food industry or related sectors. * Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling. * Practical knowledge of metrology. * Experience conducting root cause analysis (RCA). * Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). * Root Cause Analysis (RCA). * FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis). * Lifecycle Cost (LCC). * SAP or computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). * Analytical thinking. * Problem-solving ability. * Results orientation. * Influence and collaboration with multiple stakeholders. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
