Job Summary: We are seeking a Facility Manager with experience in facility maintenance, basic electricity, plumbing, masonry, painting, and working at heights to ensure the upkeep of facilities. Bi-weekly payments **A&M System and Services is looking for you!** **Position: Facility Manager** **Responsibilities:** FACILITY MAINTENANCE, BASIC ELECTRICITY, PLUMBING, MASONRY, PAINTING, AND WORKING AT HEIGHTS. **Education:** High school diploma; knowledge of basic industrial or residential electricity; work experience may be equivalently recognized; technical courses are preferred. **Experience:** 2 years of experience. **Responsibilities:** Maintenance of the client company's facilities. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday:** 8 AM – 5 PM **Saturdays:** 8 AM – 12 PM **Salary:** $ SMLV + Mobility Bonus $150,000 + Benefits Bonus $400,000 + Uniforms **Job stability and bi-weekly payments are guaranteed!** We look forward to welcoming you!
