Position Summary: Support the Director of Regulatory Affairs in overseeing regulatory compliance, managing risks, and promoting a culture of compliance within the organization. Key Highlights: 1. Identification and mitigation of regulatory and legal risks. **Job Description:** Support the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Personal Data Protection in directing and supervising the organization’s regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with applicable regulations. Responsibilities include supporting policy updates, regulatory risk management, responding to regulatory authority requests, and promoting a compliance culture within the company. **Academic Qualifications** * Law degree. **Experience** * Minimum two (2) years of experience in regulatory law and regulatory compliance. Desirable experience in financial sector entities, law firms, or companies with in-house legal departments. **Responsibilities** * Provide specialized legal advisory services on regulatory matters and regulatory compliance. * Interpret and apply current regulations applicable to the financial sector and personal data protection. * Support the development, updating, and implementation of internal policies and procedures related to regulatory compliance. * Analyze new regulations and assess their impact on the organization. * Identify, evaluate, and monitor regulatory and legal risks. * Propose and implement mitigation actions for identified risks. * Coordinate responses to requests from regulatory authorities. **Knowledge Areas:** * Regulatory law. * Regulatory compliance. * Personal data protection. * Regulatory risk management. * Drafting and reviewing legal documents. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **City:** Medellín. **Work Modality:** 100% in-person Workplace: On-site employment
