Possibility to implement accounting improvements and controls **Job Opening: Accounting Manager!** **Location:** Engativa **Salary:** $4\.000\.000 to $4\.500\.000 \+ statutory benefits **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Availability to work on Saturdays if required by operations **Responsibilities** Supervise and control all the company's accounting processes. File national and district tax returns. Prepare and analyze financial statements. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Oversee production costs and inventory management. Handle internal and external audits, as well as DIAN requirements. Apply IFRS and current tax regulations. Implement accounting improvements and controls. **Requirements** ✔ Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting. ✔ Valid Professional License. ✔ 3–5 years of experience in similar positions. ✔ Proficiency in IFRS, taxation, and production cost management.
