Position Summary: Supports Management and the Controlling Analyst in administrative and controlling tasks, collaborating in the creation of dimensions and the review of procedural controls. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative and controlling support to Management and the Controlling Analyst 2. Participation in the creation of system dimensions 3. Collaboration in the review of procedural controls **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Provide administrative and controlling support to Management and the Controlling Analyst for Colombia and Panama. * Assist in creating basic system dimensions under the supervision of the Controlling Analyst. * Collaborate in reviewing the wording of procedural controls (IKS). * Collect and organize requests sent to the Controlling department’s email address. * Conduct petty cash counts according to established guidelines. * Participate in the validation of physical inventory sampling (cyclical warehouse inventories). * Comply with internal policies and report any deviations or incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position. **Requirements** -------------- * Education: Technical or Technologist degree in accounting, finance, or administration (currently in practical training phase). * Experience: No prior experience required; basic knowledge of accounting and office software proficiency is valued. * Technical competencies: Basic Excel skills and willingness to learn internal systems. * Languages: Not an exclusionary requirement; basic English comprehension is valued. **Our Offer** ------------------ Are you looking for an opportunity?
