




Management of institutional social networks \* Manage the graphic and written strategy, and update all content and responses on Instagram and LinkedIn accounts \* Create, schedule, and monitor posts on relevant social media platforms to keep them active and strategic. \* Edit or adapt graphics for different platforms where they will be used. \* Manage scheduling, publishing, dissemination, and monitoring of posts related to the company's activities. \* Monitor social media, respond or manage responses to comments according to agreed policies, and report results and metrics. \* Review internal messages from various social media platforms and manage their responses. Maintenance and updating of the website \* Maintain the institutional website so that it is functional, strategically used, and features relevant, up-to-date, and interactive content. \* Propose, agree upon, and implement necessary innovations to improve its functionality, visibility, and performance metric collection. \* Lead the development and definition of content, posts, digital campaigns, and/or emailings for all institutional activities.
