We are looking for top talent — you are invited to join our Production and Engineering Team as an **Engineering Coordinator**, based in Bogotá.
The primary purpose of this position is to support the company’s production processes from a data- and information-analytical perspective, enabling maintenance or improvement of process flows while considering operational resources, and analyzing and implementing continuous improvement methodologies, KPIs, and activities that support increased efficiency, waste reduction, and strengthening of the company’s continuous improvement culture.
**What are we looking for?**
A professional in Industrial Engineering or related fields; specialization or postgraduate studies in production are desirable.
**Requirements:**
Minimum 3 years of experience in production processes (assembly and metal-mechanical manufacturing preferred) and in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or related areas.
**Advanced English level B2/C1 (Mandatory)**
Demonstrable, specific knowledge of tools such as Advanced Excel, Lean / Six Sigma methodologies, visual management tools (VSM, 5S, Kanban), Power BI.

**Key Responsibilities:**
**Processes**
* Manage the company’s ERP system (JDE); ensuring agile and rapid creation of new products, as well as modification of structures (BOM), routings, and barcodes, optimizing JDE process flow to meet end-customer satisfaction.
* Design, standardize, and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
* Ensure compliance with technical specifications, procedures, and operational standards.
* Monitor savings generated within the company and prepare respective reports.
**Continuous Improvement**
* Lead identification, implementation, and follow-up of continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction; applying Lean and improvement methodologies such as VSM, 6S, and Kaizen, among others.
* Train and raise awareness among teams on continuous improvement tools and culture.
* Generate relevant reports on progress, needs, and outcomes of implemented activities.
**Production**
* Support production planning, control, and improvement processes.
* Coordinate engineering resources to meet production, quality, and safety objectives — including MOD, costs, and indirect expenses.
* Track and measure production indicators.
* Standardize processes and document work procedures.
* Control production costs according to available process resources and capacity.
* Monitor process indicators and implement corrective actions in case of deviations.
