Job Summary: Manage the customer portfolio to maximize profitability, drive growth, and strengthen commercial relationships, including acquiring new customers and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the customer portfolio and drive commercial growth. 2. Negotiate rates and contract terms. 3. Acquire new customers and maximize revenue. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage the customer portfolio to maximize profitability, drive growth, and strengthen commercial relationships. * Manage the customer portfolio, which includes: keeping contracts and permits up to date, monitoring billing and payment delinquency, generating sales performance indicators, and implementing preventive or corrective measures as required. * Monitor portfolio delinquency, aligned with low risk relative to budget. * Negotiate rates and contract terms in accordance with budget and established timelines. * Identify new customers and enhance growth of existing ones through implementation of the defined commercial strategy. Secure and close new business opportunities and maximize revenue per deal. * Monitor project schedules to ensure construction proceeds according to approved designs, specifications, and timelines. * Perform other duties assigned consistent with the nature of the position. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Retail experience * Business Administration degree or related field * Commercial experience **Selection Process** ------------------------ Join our team and be part of Falabella’s transformation: 1\.
