




Job Summary: As an assistant chef, you'll be responsible for preparing dishes according to orders, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and managing inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Preparing dishes according to orders while maintaining delivery times. 2. Knowledge of portion sizes, cooking methods, and dish presentation. 3. Control of supplies and monitoring of labeling and storage. Carry out the role assigned by the head chef; i.e., the area assigned daily, weekly, etc. Prepare dishes backed by orders and maintain proper delivery sequence. Read orders accurately and execute dish specifications correctly. Use appropriate packaging for each take-out order. Knowledge of portion sizes, cooking times, ingredients, and menu dish presentation. Clean grills, salamanders, and the kitchen in general. Monitor supplies to maximize utilization. Excel at achieving optimal product handling. Monitor correct product labeling and storage. Report to the head chef any incidents occurring during your break. Prepare dishes within appropriate timeframes and follow procedures as outlined in the recipe book. Workplace: On-site employment
