REQUIREMENTS Academic Level: Chef and/or Culinary Technician and/or Gastronomy Technician and/or Culinary Technologist. **Minimum Experience: (12\) months of certified experience.** COMPENSATION: COP $2,000,000 to $2,500,000 plus statutory benefits CONTRACT TYPE: Project-based or service contract SCHEDULES: Rotating shifts according to service requirements RESPONSIBILITIES **Execution and supervision of compliance with the menu specified in the master schedule.** * Maintain order and cleanliness in kitchen facilities. * Establish controls to ensure rational consumption of raw materials. * Timely implementation of necessary actions to correct delays in service delivery. * Monitor auxiliary staff performance and take corrective actions when required. **Knowledge, application, and enforcement of policies, standards, plans, programs, and procedures of the management system.** Opportunity for growth and development Job Type: Full-time
