Job Description A prominent healthcare institution requires a Pharmacy Manager responsible for organizing, directing, and controlling the operations of the Pharmaceutical Service through the administration of human, physical, material, and knowledge resources allocated for outpatient and/or inpatient dispensing, according to the complexity level of the Pharmaceutical Service. Main Responsibilities 1\. Execute necessary actions to comply with the procedures of the Pharmaceutical Service process and accreditation standards. 2\. Monitor the performance of clinical, technical, and operational duties by staff under supervision, and ensure compliance with the provisions outlined in the Manual of Essential Conditions and Procedures for the Pharmaceutical Service. 3\. Verify the dissemination and implementation of standardized and established procedures for the Pharmaceutical Service, as well as the accurate completion of forms and proper archiving of records. 4\. Conduct the self-assessment of the Pharmaceutical Service within the DUSOFT system, in accordance with the periodicity defined by the Quality Management Process. 5\.
