Job Summary: An operator is required to carry out spring production orders, quality control, and other sub-processes, seeking stability and commitment. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and sub-process development We require an Operator for your team to perform the following job responsibilities: * Execute spring production orders (training will be provided) * Carry out various sub-processes for each production order. * Perform quality control on in-process and finished products. * Carry out other duties as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Work Experience:** 1 year of experience as an operator **Education:** Minimum high school diploma. Minimum wage + statutory benefits. **Contract:** Fixed-term contract of less than 6 months, with option to renew directly with the company. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (no work on Sundays or holidays) **Note: Male candidates are required for this position due to handling heavy loads.** We seek a person who desires job stability, is committed, works well in teams, wants to learn, and does not settle when it comes to learning.
