Position Summary: Lead the formalization of Máster IA as an Educational Institution, obtain its operating license, structure the team and partners, and launch the first cohort of the Corporate AI Vocational Technical Program. Build a team and strategic partnerships Objective: Lead the formalization of Máster IA as an Educational Institution for Work and Human Development, manage the process to obtain its operating license from the District Secretariat of Education of Barranquilla, structure the team and partners, and launch the first cohort of the Vocational Technical Program in Corporate Artificial Intelligence. Requirements: * Professional with a postgraduate degree in management, educational administration, digital transformation, or related fields. * 5–8 years of managerial experience, including team and budget responsibility. * Proven track record managing institutional projects with public entities. * Functional understanding of artificial intelligence applied to enterprises. * Ability to effectively engage with educational authorities and strategic partners. * Hybrid profile balancing academic, managerial, and commercial competencies.
