As a Warehouse \& Logistic Assistant, you will play a key role in proactively evaluating on-site work to verify compliance with quality requirements during construction, in accordance with project documentation, guiding the field team and supporting implementation of organizational tools under the supervision of the site Quality Manager within the Quality Management System.

In this role, you will:
* Receive, verify, and physically inspect incoming materials (FIM).
* Maintain inventory control and digital records (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Validate quantities, quality, and condition of materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and technical specifications.
* Identify and report defective, incomplete, or non-conforming materials.
* Supervise and coordinate unloading activities carried out by the contractor, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, timelines, and project standards.
* Verify that unloading operations are conducted safely, using appropriate equipment for each task, and identify unsafe conditions to halt any operation posing a risk to personnel, equipment, or materials.
* Ensure contractor personnel comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
* Coordinate with other project areas to ensure timely material availability.
* Monitor and control proper storage and handling of materials by the contractor.

**What you’ll bring**
**Experience and Qualifications**
Academic background:
* High school diploma (minimum requirement).
* Technical degree in logistics, warehousing, or related fields (preferred).
Experience:
* 1 year in similar roles within construction, energy, or industrial projects (preferred).
Technical knowledge:
* Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Knowledge of inventory control.
* Familiarity with electrical materials (cables, structures, electrical equipment, etc.) (preferred).
* Knowledge of transportation equipment (preferred).
Other requirements:
* Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
* Ability to work on construction sites and in field conditions.
