Strategic, analytical, organized individual with a results orientation and decision-making capability. **Knowledge:** * Maintenance and manufacturing of injection, blow extrusion, and PET blow molds. * Machining processes. * Hot runner molds. * Plastic handling and processing. * Blueprint interpretation. * Mold design and programming using CAD/CAM. * Materials processes and thermal treatments. * Maintenance indicators/KPIs. * Familiarity with workshop equipment such as milling machines, lathes, and measuring instruments. * Knowledge of definition and analysis of management indicators. * Advanced Excel/Macros, Pivot Tables, etc. **Skills:** * Leadership and communication. * Sense of urgency. * Personnel management. **Job Offer:** * Salary: To be agreed upon. * Indefinite-term contract directly with the company. * City: Bogotá/Montevideo.
