Training: Experience in fire prevention and response, as well as in conducting rescues and managing emergency situations; training in the use of firefighting equipment, first aid, and risk assessment; commitment to public safety and community well-being; demonstrated ability to work in teams, exercise leadership, and make decisions under pressure; knowledge of rescue and evacuation techniques.
