You will play a key role in marketing our portfolio, driving sales target achievement, and contributing to our company’s and products’ market positioning. We offer a friendly work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development. **Responsibilities:** * Comprehensively develop the sales process. * Support marketing of the product portfolio. * Achieve established sales targets. * Contribute to inventory turnover. * Perform tasks assigned by the showroom manager. **Requirements:** * One (1) year of experience in internal sales of tangible products. * Experience in meeting sales targets. * Technical education in sales, marketing, administration, or related fields is preferred. * Must reside in Bogotá. **Technical Skills:** * Active listening * Commercial negotiation * Assertive communication **Interpersonal Skills:** * Effective communication * Customer orientation **Education Level:** * Technical degree in sales, marketing, administration, or related fields is preferred. **Position:** * Internal Sales Advisor Salary: Base salary COP 1,750,905 plus commissions (average base + commissions between COP $2,000,000 and $3,200,000), all statutory benefits, bonuses, and additional benefits including a birthday bonus of COP $200,000, a home hygiene product kit, direct employment with the company, job stability, among others. Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 7:50 AM and 5:00 PM. Saturdays: rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
