The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support to the Automotive Network Development team, assisting with project tracking, measuring dealership network standards, and documentation. This role integrates operational, analytical, and cross-functional coordination responsibilities, ensuring effective execution of initiatives aligned with strategic objectives for transformation, market coverage, and brand positioning. **What You’ll Do:** * Support periodic nationwide dealership audits, ensuring showrooms comply with brand standards * Request, store, and share dealership information with internal departments * Prepare performance analysis reports to identify deviations and propose corrective actions for dealership network KPIs * Ensure dealership documentation (contracts, forms, etc.) is up-to-date and aligned with corporate policies * Ensure dealerships maintain bank credit lines and direct credit lines to support operations * Support the preparation of documents, reports, presentations, etc. * Perform all other duties assigned by your manager within your scope of responsibility **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Minimum Education: University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Prior Experience: 1 year of experience, preferably in the Automotive Sector. Project management and administration, document drafting, presentation development, internal and external customer handling. Experience building and analyzing metrics. Experience developing and measuring standards * Languages: Basic–Intermediate English * Analytical and Operational Skills: Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present information—including schedules, budgets, etc. Intermediate Excel and Power BI (Optional).
