




JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Completed academic high school. EXPERIENCE: Desirable 6 months months of experience in customer service. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: ● Basic skills in office software tools. RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Execute established processes by the service department, according to operational functions and across all current clients handled by the company. * Perform collaborative work within the service area. ● Ensure TPRM standards established with the client are met for service delivery through established channels. ● Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and proper handling of client information to guarantee information security. ● Participate in continuous training programs established by the company for optimal role development.
