Job Summary: Efficiently manage inventory, pricing, and replenishment to ensure product distribution and availability in Concept and Outlet stores across Colombia, Panama, and Costa Rica. Sales and stock analysis to optimize operations Ensure proper product distribution and availability in Concept and Outlet stores across Colombia, Panama, and Costa Rica through efficient inventory, pricing, and replenishment management. This role provides key support to the category buyer, contributing to the execution of the commercial strategy and achievement of sales, turnover, and margin objectives. What We’re Looking For: 1\. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 2\. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or similar retail sector 3\. Proficiency in intermediate Excel and Power BI 4\. English B2 (preferred) 5\. Ability to analyze and handle data 7\. Commercial skills Key Responsibilities * Execute product planning and allocation to stores, ensuring appropriate coverage, stock depth, and turnover within the assigned category. * Manage inventory replenishment (manual and automatic), continuously monitoring stock levels at Distribution Centers and stores. * Support the buyer in executing the commercial strategy by providing information and ensuring correct implementation in stores. * Monitor sales and stock performance, identifying opportunities for high-turnover products and managing actions for slow-moving items. * Implement price changes (Full, Sale, and Rack) according to the defined strategy, validating consistency with costs and margins. * Execute inter-store product transfers and manage merchandise flow between Concept and Outlet stores. * Maintain up-to-date system information (master data, replenishment parameters, modeling/unmodeling), ensuring operational consistency. * Prepare sales, stock, and promotion reports to support business tracking and decision-making. * Monitor in-store execution, maintaining constant communication with retail teams and identifying improvement opportunities. * Participate in commercial follow-up meetings, providing visibility on inventory status and category performance. * Support category management in regional markets (Colombia, Panama, and Costa Rica), aligning execution with each country’s specific needs.
