




**Responsibilities:** \- Maintain assigned clients through periodic visits, updating client information, presenting the product portfolio, and managing cross-selling opportunities. \- Receive, handle, and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and claims (PQRs) forwarded by the relevant department. \- Fully manage the commercial process with new or assigned clients—from pre-sales to post-sales—in coordination with involved departments. \- Promptly address client needs and requirements, routing and escalating non-commercial matters to the appropriate departments. \- Properly utilize technological tools (CRM, management platforms), ensuring client information and documentation remain up to date. Meet established sales targets and performance indicators (KPIs). **REQUIREMENTS:** Academic level: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in consultative sales or execution of B2B commercial processes. We offer: Contract type: Fixed-term contract directly with us. Salary: COP $3,200,000 plus COP $300,000 mobility allowance plus commissions plus statutory benefits.
