**Job Details** ----------------------- Country: Colombia Scope of Position: Local Business Area: Value Chain Discipline: Exports Talent Level: NT 5 – Coord Specialist/Analyst/Assistant/Technician **Purpose of the Position** ------------------------ Perform administrative functions inherent to the importation of goods, as well as other tasks related to Logistics, Traffic, and Transportation. **Decision-Making Authority (Inherent to the Position)** ------------------------------------------- Direct instructions to logistics service providers. **Areas of Responsibility (What is done / How it is done / Why it is done) – Indicator** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Areas of Responsibility: - Plan maritime, land, and air export logistics in accordance with the production MRP and internal customer requirements of MABE. - Coordinate with the CDR (Regional Distribution Center) logistics operator regarding physical space allocation and human and material resources required to ensure smooth flow of products delivered by production and related operations. - Coordinate with land, maritime, and air carriers regarding equipment availability and positioning; secure booking of cargo space and transportation routes within MABE’s established tariff policies (Maritime Traffic and Distribution Committee). - Coordinate with government agencies (DIAN / MINCOMERCIO / ANTI-NARCOTICS), certification bodies, ports, and airports to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and procedures, as well as other formalities inherent to export logistics operations. - Review and monitor completion of required legal and commercial documentation for export customs clearance, ensuring timely shipment of goods abroad in compliance with legal requirements and avoiding financial penalties and administrative sanctions. - Generate progress reports on logistics status for international customers regarding their shipments; produce reports and information requested by various MABE departments—particularly the report tracking closure of export logistics costs.
