Work Schedule: Part-Time (rotating shifts, including weekends) Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract for 1 year, with a 2-month probationary period. Job Description: Monki is a new Italian ice cream brand offering a unique product in Colombia: Italian ice combined with soft-serve ice cream—gelati. Our brand has strong growth potential. Currently, we operate our first and only store at Santafé Shopping Mall, and we aim to expand rapidly across the Colombian market, opening additional locations in Bogotá and other regions of the country. At our artisanal ice cream brand, we seek committed ice cream shop operators with outstanding attitudes to deliver a unique experience to every customer. Your mission will be to represent Monki to customers, prepare and serve high-quality artisanal ice cream and products with exceptional presentation, and assist with daily store operations. Responsibilities: * Prepare and serve ice cream and other products creatively, cleanly, efficiently, and consistently. * Serve customers warmly, advising them on flavors and options and explaining the menu to ensure a unique experience for our guests. * Process payments (cash, card terminal), open and close the cash register, and perform daily deposits. * Maintain cleanliness of the store, work area, display cases, and utensils. * Comply with food hygiene and handling protocols. * Assist with store opening, closing, and organization. * Conduct inventory of raw materials and other items required for operations. Requirements: * Excellent personal appearance and communication skills. * Agility, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Completed high school diploma (preferred but not mandatory). * Minimum 6 months’ experience in customer service, sales, cafés, food handling, or kitchen operations (preferred but not mandatory).
