(Experience in personnel management). **Responsibilities:** * Plan and conduct appropriate performance monitoring of leaders and staff in respective processes—cleaning and security—to ensure timely guidance and achievement of established objectives. * Review the updating, communication, and implementation of the emergency plan to ensure the physical safety of individuals inside the shopping center. * Monitor cleaning, security, and contractor company agreements to ensure the shopping center remains in optimal condition. * Coordinate security personnel shifts and locations within the shopping center to minimize risks in areas most vulnerable to theft. * Supervise entry and exit controls at the shopping center to prevent potential thefts and security incidents. * Identify corrective actions from operational security and cleaning reports. **Salary: $ 5\.916\.300** Workplace: On-site employment
