Strategic coordination among technical teams and departments A prominent company in the **technology integration** sector is seeking an **Operations Manager**, who will be responsible for leading the organization’s technology project portfolio execution, ensuring contractual compliance, budgetary control, and effective coordination among technical teams and strategic departments. We seek a professional with **strong technical judgment, team leadership capabilities, and an operational control focus**, capable of ensuring efficient execution of complex technology projects. **Purpose of the Position:** Comprehensively manage technology project operations, ensuring: Contractual compliance of projects Protection of operating margin Rigorous budgetary control Proactive management of technical and operational risks Technical and documentation discipline Cross-departmental coordination The position will oversee an **active portfolio of over 30 technology projects**, each led by its respective Project Manager. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise the active portfolio of technology projects. Coordinate and support the work of Project Managers. Approve schedules, work plans, and execution strategies. Monitor budgetary and operational variances. Identify technical risks that may impact project delivery. Ensure contractual compliance with clients. Participate in client follow-up committees and internal coordination forums. Coordinate with departments such as Commercial, Pre-sales, Finance, Legal, and Quality. **Academic Qualifications:** Professional degree in: * Systems Engineering * Telecommunications Engineering * Electronics Engineering * Industrial Engineering with technological emphasis * Or equivalent degrees with demonstrable technical foundation. **Mandatory Postgraduate Degree:** Specialization in Project Management, Operations, or related fields. **Mandatory Certification:** PMP – Project Management Professional. **Required Experience:** Minimum **8 years of experience in technology project management**. Experience leading **technical teams or project teams**. Experience in **public and/or private procurement**.
